Welcome to the Charmed Memories website. Before placing an order please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website. By placing an order online you agree to be bound by them.
Before using this website to buy goods online you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, you confirm that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be made available as soon as possible and without prior notification.
All products displayed on the Charmed Memories website are subject to availability.
All prices displayed on the Charmed Memories website are subject to delivery costs at checkout. No VAT will be added.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, you will be notified via e-mail of the correct product price. We will give you, the customer, the choice of continuing or cancelling the order.
All weights and measurements are approximate.
Images
Product images act only as a guide. Products shown may not be actual size. Colours of our images are as accurate as possible.
Placing an Order & Payment Methods
By completing any of our order processes you have made an offer to purchase goods from us. If an item is unavailable an alternative product will be offered or a refund given.

Payment for orders placed via our website can be made using debit/credit card. Our website uses a third party payment gateway which uses SSL technology to make sure your credit/debit card transactions are secure. Orders will only be despatched once we have received authorisation from your card issuer.
PayPal - UK, & International Payments (PayPal approved countries only)

Customers can pay Charmed Memories with a paypal account using Paypal Standard. Paypal accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. To find out more about paying with PayPal: Visit
NOTE to PayPal Customers
Unless you have a fully confirmed address with PayPal, your transaction will not be complete. This is to protect Charmed Memories interest as a seller from fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, whether as a result of goods being unavailable or when we reasonably believe payment for goods cannot be made.
Despatch & Delivery
Delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland and Europe only.
All despatched orders will be notified via e-mail.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days using the chosen delivery method.
All orders will be delivered to the registered card holders address supplied.
Delivery times are dependant upon delivery method (Please note: once despatched, Charmed Memories Ltd rely on a third party and cannot be held responsible for delays).
Delivery lead times may be extended over public holidays.

Charmed Memories Ltd guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. If the item ordered is unsuitable or damaged, you have 14 days from receipt of order to cancel (this includes your statutory cooling off period).
Please inform us in writing via e-mail to: sales@charmed-memories.co.uk quoting your order reference number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
All returned goods should be placed in their original packaging and sealed securely. All reasonable care should be taken to ensure returned goods are received in their original condition. Goods should be returned within 14 days of notice of
cancellation.
Refunds will be given upon satisfaction of the above, the card you originally used to pay will be refunded within 28 days.
It is advisable that all returned items are sent via Special Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Cost of return postage will not be refunded.
Charmed Memories Ltd is unable to accept returns on pierced earrings due to reasons of hygiene. Regrettably we are also unable to accept returns on any purpose made items eg: Charm Bracelets/Necklaces.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
Should you receive an item which is either faulty, not what you ordered, or damaged on delivery please notify us immediately. The items must be returned via Recorded Delivery. Proof of postage should be kept and upon receipt of goods postage will be refunded in full.
We will replace or refund the price paid for any items which are found to be incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Children and Small Parts Warning
Jewellery should not be worn by small children as small parts represent a choking hazard. Jewellery pieces are not intended as toys and should not be given to young children to play with. Children should be supervised by an adult if wearing jewellery. Jewellery should not be worn overnight. If you are unsure of suitability, please ask one of our staff for guidance.
