DELIVERIES: UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND
Our standard charges for deliveries to the UK and Northern Ireland are as follows:

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs of £1.80 will be charged for orders upto the value of £10.00. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. No signature is required upon delivery.
Recorded Delivery
Recorded delivery costs of £2.50 will be charged for orders valued between £10.00 and £25.00. Delivery will be via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Items are usually delivered next day from day of despatch although this is not guaranteed. A signature will be required upon delivery. The status of delivery can be traced using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.
Special Delivery
Special Delivery costs of £5.50 will be charged for orders valued between £25.00 and £50.00. Delivery will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items are guaranteed delivery next day by 1.00pm from day of despatch. A signature will be required upon delivery. The status of delivery can be traced using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.
We offer FREE delivery on all UK ONLY orders over £50.00
UK Late Deliveries
Every effort is made to ensure safe and prompt arrival of your goods. However, Charmed Memories rely on a third party for delivery and cannot be held responsible for any such delays. Royal Mail will not consider investigating a claim for loss or non delivery of goods unless at least 15 working days have passed since the item was posted. Whilst we appreciate this can be a very frustrating time, we ask you to be patient and we will endeavour to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.
Note: We have a legal responsibility to ensure customers receive delivery of goods within 30 days.

International Signed For: Flat shipping fee of £7.50
All International Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail). Items are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days. All parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. For this reason, we cannot send parcels to PO Boxes.
Please Note: Should the incorrect cost of delivery be chosen, Charmed Memories reserves the right to refuse the order.
Royal Mail Track N Trace for International Deliveries
For International Deliveries items are tracked using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service up until the point they leave the UK, packages should then be tracked using customers local postal services websites. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please Note the following:
Items to be shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties/taxes and additional charges are the solely the customers responsibility.
Parcels sent outside of the UK may also be subject to customs inspections. Charmed Memories are not liable for any damage resulting from such inspections.
Charmed Memories cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.
