We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days using the chosen delivery method. The method of delivery will be automatically calculated against the value of order placed. Any mention of compensation refers to compensation offered by the Royal Mail.

Deliveries to the UK and Northern Ireland
Free Delivery on all orders over £50.00
First Class: £1.80 (upto the value of £10.00)
Items are usually delivered next working day from day of despatch.
Recorded Signed For: £2.50 (upto the value of £25.00)
Items are usually delivered next day from day of despatch although this is not guaranteed. The status of delivery can be traced using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.
Special Delivery Next Day: £5.50 (upto the value of £50.00)
Items are guaranteed delivery next day by 1.00pm from day of despatch. The status of delivery can be traced using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

UK Late Deliveries
Every effort is made to ensure safe and prompt arrival of your goods. However, Charmed Memories rely on a third party for delivery and cannot be held responsible for any such delays. Royal Mail will not consider investigating a claim for loss or non delivery of goods unless at least 15 working days have passed since the item was posted. Whilst we appreciate this can be a very frustrating time, we ask you to be patient and we will endeavour to resolve the matter in a timely fashion.
Note: We have a legal responsibility to ensure customers receive delivery of goods within 30 days.

International Signed For: Flat shipping fee of £6.50
All International Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail). Items are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Royal Mail Track N Trace for International Deliveries
For International Deliveries items are tracked using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service up until the point they leave the UK, packages should then be tracked using customers local postal services websites. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please Note the following:
* Items to be shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties/taxes and additional charges are the solely the customers responsibility.
* Charmed Memories cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.
